Do I need to book the gondola in advance?
Yes. Gondola tickets are sold online on the official portal and winter slots sell out. We'll help you book as soon as your dates are fixed.
What if snow closes the road?
It happens occasionally. Our drivers carry chains and we watch forecasts closely; if needed we shuffle days so you don't lose your Gulmarg time.
Can I change the hotels or add a day?
Yes. Every package is a starting point. Tell us what you'd like to change on WhatsApp and we'll send a revised plan the same day.
Where does the trip start and end?
At Srinagar airport (or Srinagar railway station). Your driver meets you at arrivals with your name, and drops you back on the last day.
